French American Culinary & Hotel Institute Inc is a San Diego based company promoting ‘Mastering French Pastry’ cooking courses. These wonderful series of books were created by the world famous French Chef Christian Forais partnered with Muriel Schiffmann.
Topics include mastering the art of classic and international pastry, high-tea and coffee cake confections, plus many more! Green Bird Media, a San Diego based web design company was awarded with the honor of creating this website.
